Explore the world of herbal tea from your very own garden! This class makes growing your own herbal tea simple and easy. Whether you want to relieve stress, improve health, or simply enjoy a delicious cup of tea, you will learn the basics of starting and maintaining your own tea garden in our local Connecticut climate. Students will walk away with all the basics needed, knowledge of the various types of herbs that make good tea, as well as tips and tricks for blending and brewing tea from both fresh and dried herbs. Students will also get the opportunity for hands-on tea blending in class!
