Did you know that one person dies every 33 seconds from heart disease? February is a time to focus on heart health and eating habits can determine the risk of developing heart disease–and dying from it.

Learn how to take charge of your heart health in this fun and informative class! If you have high cholesterol, high blood pressure, or have a family history of heart disease, you won’t want to miss this nutrition education and live cooking class.

Learn nutrition strategies and simple recipes that can improve and often reverse these conditions. You’ll receive recipes and resources so you can cook along at home.

Together, we’ll make these delicious heart-healthy dishes: Lemon-Berry Pancakes, Irresistible White Bean Dip, and Sesame Quinoa Salad. The menu is gluten-free, egg-free, dairy-free, oil-free, nut-free.
