Based on the understanding that the body is designed to heal itself and to feel good, energy work taps into the rich storehouse of natural wisdom within our bodies. In this workshop for health-care practitioners and interested laypeople alike, we use simple energy techniques to learn how to boost energy levels, test for and remove energy blocks, strengthen the immune system, alleviate stress and pain, and bring more vitality, joy, and spirit back into life. We gain a better understanding of the intelligence in the body's energy, the ability to recognize aches and pains as signals of energy imbalance, and an awareness of our self-healing capacities.
