Everyone has a mystery inside that’s dying to come out. This course will cover finding ideas, turning them into a compelling mystery plot, creating your sleuth, and tackling character development. Other important aspects include writing believable dialogue, building a sense of place, hiding clues in plain sight, and how to bring action scenes to life. In addition, you’ll learn how to sell your manuscript. The course will involve writing exercises, and brainstorming with the instructor and your fellow students.
