Belly dancing is becoming an increasingly popular way for women to develop strong abdominal muscles, definition in their arms and legs and an hourglass shape. Belly dancing doesn’t just tone your muscles it can even help you lose weight and is also a great form of weight bearing exercise. The best advantage of this dance form is that it’s fun and it helps you to stay in shape. All you need to bring is water and a hip scarf.
