Join our Adaptive Boxing Movement Program - a safe, uplifting fitness class designed to improve balance, strength, coordination, mobility, and confidence. This 4-week program meets twice a week for 1-hour, skilled trainer-led session. No boxing experience needed. All ages. Come try it - you’ll be glad that you did!
