session demystifies the process of both giving
and receiving feedback and helps you master
the mechanics of high-quality feedback.
Participants will learn how to ask for and
deliver constructive feedback that
fosters growth. We will also explore how to
recognize good feedback from bad, practice
techniques for requesting and receiving
feedback openly, and discuss approaches to
use feedback as a powerful tool for
communication and improvement.
