Reflexology offers the perfect opportunity for giving to ourselves and those e care about in a way that brings health and well being. In this mini workshop, you will learn all about this ancient yet modern therapy. We will study basic reflexology techniques for personal use, several pressure points, the benefit and history, and other tools to enhance your experience. Please bring a pillow, a hand towel, a friend or partner, and your curiosity. (The hands on section is designed for 2).
