and is not a real estate agent. He will teach
you how to get these great deals as well as
the pros and cons of foreclosures, short sales,
rent with option to buy, owner financing,
primary homes, multi-families, and vacation
homes. After this class you will know how to
research property at the tax assessor’s office,
the county clerk’s office and various other
methods to use to research property including
using web sites. How to sell your home with
or without a realtor will also be discussed.

and selling real estate in MA, CT, NY, PA, &
NJ for the past 20 years.
