Students will learn the basics of cake decorating which includes making different types of frosting/buttercream, crumb coating, cake assembly, and buttercream flowers. Students are required to bring a cake or cupcakes to class each week or as instructed. They will be provided with the appropriate recipe for buttercream. Students are to bring their own tools/piping tips and bags as these will not be provided by the instructor. Upon registration, students will receive a supply list which they will be responsible for purchasing themselves and bringing to each class.
