Yin yoga is a restorative yoga which is slower paced and very meditative. This class will invite you to bring your focus inward and hold poses for a longer period of time to target the connective tissues, ligaments, and joints. Different breathing techniques and guided meditation will accompany the postures during this yoga class leaving you feeling refreshed and at peace.
Please bring props such as bolsters, blankets, pillows, blocks, to help provide comfort throughout the class. No class on 10/31.
