Renowned area yoga teacher for 20+ years, Jacquie Le Meur, brings a background in hatha & trauma sensitive yoga, yoga biomechanics, reiki, human services and dance. Her inspired classes are suitable for all levels. Beginners should start in Gentle Yoga.

Please bring a yoga mat, two yoga blocks and a blanket to class. No class on October 9, October 23, and November 27.
