PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. But PiYo isnít like standard Pilates and yoga classes; PiYo speeds everything up by introducing you to dynamic, flowing sequences. It has low-impact stretching, strengthening, and bodyweight resistance-based exercises that promote lean muscle development. The pace of this class will be challenging, but adjusted based on the needs of the beginner exerciser.
Please bring a yoga mat, towel, and water to hydrate.
Monday Class (0033): No class on September 30, October 14, and November 11.
Wednesday Class (0034): No class on October 9, October 23, and November 27.
