Join us for a COOKING EXCURSION through ITALY! We will explore the tastes of the different regions of Italy through six weeks of cooking. From appetizers, like eggplant and mozzarella snacks to main dishes, such as soups, seafood dishes, and pasta. We will also make side dishes like escarole, zucchini, and pizza! Enjoy a culinary trip through Italy! Get your taste buds ready for an adventure!

Participants should bring an apron, a dish towel, eating utensils, and plates. The fee for the class is $40, payable the first night of class, either in cash or check, made out to Patricia Grosso.
