Raising a family is very hard work! With all of the various activities, appointments, conflicting items – not to mention feeding everyone and keeping up with the laundry – it can be very stressful! As a mom myself, I feel your pain. Our homes should be our peaceful place with the people that we love best, but often we become sidetracked with the details of the world. In this session, you will learn what complaining is and how it affects our relationships and our overall level of happiness, with an emphasis on creating a peaceful and productive atmosphere within our families.

We will discuss the 21-Day Complaint-Free Challenge as well as age-appropriate strategies to become a Complaint-Free family. The Complaint-Free World program was developed in 2006 by Will Bowen and has been featured on Oprah, the Today Show, CBS Sunday Morning, Fox News, ABC World News and in People and Newsweek magazines, as well as in the Wall Street Journal. To date, over 11 million people in 106 countries have taken on the 21-Day challenge.
