This course is designed specifically for the foreign-born. Emphasis will be placed on expanding vocabulary and improving pronunciation, grammar, conversational and writing skills. Instruction for those who wish to become U.S. citizens is also provided.

Textbooks and Workbooks: Educational resource materials such as textbooks and workbooks are provided without a fee; however, a deposit may be charged for a textbook or a workbook. The return of the deposit would be subject to the book being returned in a condition suitable for reuse.
